Equine Matters

We have experience of equine breed recognition and registration under EC legislation and can assist in dealings with DEFRA relating to such matters. We can also help with contractual matters such as the sale, lease or loan of horses, the licensing of stallions, the professional schooling and training of horses and the provision of riding tuition. Most contractual arrangements involving horses involve some risk and many carry substantial potential liabilities arising from the risk of injury to riders and other members of the public.
